Updated July 2021

The Supreme Court has ruled that California must allow Places of Worship to be open without any location or capacity limits.   They have also ruled that singing in Worship services cannot be banned.

Children K-3rd grade are invited to attend Children's Chapel.  Watch for the dismissal slide just before the message.  If you want them to stay with you, we have "busy bags" with Bible activity sheets available for the children in the cubbies at the back of the Worship Center.

Nursery/Preschool services are available throughout the Worship Service (classrooms are down the hall off the foyer)

We have installed an Air and Surface Pro devices with ActivePure technology in all facilities.
These units are certified as a Class II Medical Devices which continuously eliminate all viruses and germs from the air every few minutes and on the surfaces within a few hours.  .

Please note that masks and social distancing for COVID-19 vaccinated people are now optional per government entities.

Go to our Family Friendly Media page for links to resources to use anytime including Church at Home for Kids.

When we come to the church facilities:

We expect the California Department of Health guidelines will be in effect for a while; please assist us in doing the following.

Wash your hands thoroughly including under fingernails, between fingers and the back of your hands. Good old soap and water is the best way to kill this new virus and all the existing viruses and germs. We have seven sinks spread across five restrooms so we should all be able to do this. Getting tired of counting to 20 while applying soap? Trying saying the Lord’s Prayer or singing Jesus Loves Me !

Hand Sanitizer  is available at the entrance to the Worship Center.

Wearing a mask or other covering of your nose and mouth is no longer required if you are vaccinated for COVID-19 particularly when you are in our facilities (where the air is continuously cleaned) or outside.
Children under two should NOT wear a mask.
There are extra masks available as you arrive in the foyer if you need one.

Use a tissue to cover coughs and sneezes or wipe eyes. There are extra ones on the Info Center tables at the back of the Worship Center if needed. NOTE: Not everyone who coughs or sneezes is sick. Allergies are more rampant than viruses!

Please fellowship outside when possible until it is nearing time for the service to start.  The TV in foyer will be showing the "countdown" to the start of the service when it is 3 to 5 minutes before the start.  Those who wish a quiet time to pray or meditate prior to the service are welcome to come in the Worship Center.

Chairs are spaced out to allow social distancing when needed.  (Note:  the open area in the center near the front is to prevent the camera view for the live streaming from being blocked when people stand.  Please do not move chairs there if there are open seats elsewhere.)

After the service, you will be able to stay in the Worship Center to continue talking, or go out in the courtyard (risk is reduced in sunlight).  A shade tent has been installed.

Additional things we are doing:

The church is cleaned late Friday night each week (after Centro de Alabanza Siloe meets).

Please use towels (or provided Lysol wipes) when touching handles and any other surfaces in the restrooms.

NOTE: As previously stated, soap and water is the best for killing viruses and germs. Other things you may use (hand sanitizers, cleaning wipes, and sprays) should have at least 60% isopropanol alcohol. Plan to use hand lotion between uses of these items as the alcohol will dry out your skin.

Changing how we serve the Lord's Supper:

When we celebrate the Lord's Supper together in person, we will place the "bread" in one cup and then stack the juice cup on top.  This will allow serving once and keeping everything separated for the participants.  The row spacing will allow the Deacons to serve most people without your having to pass the tray.

Changing how we receive your tithes and offerings:
The offering plates are placed beside the double doors between the foyer and the Worship Center.
The ability to use mail, bank bill pay, or give online will continue to be available.

While staying home:

Please do stay home if you are ill (with anything) or have been exposed to someone who is ill within 4 days.

Please continue to join us online at https://FSCC.Online.Church and use the Connect link to let us know you are with us and how you are doing.  Join in the chat also if you can.

We will be live streaming the full Worship Service starting with the pre-service announcement loop while everyone is getting settled, and continuing with announcements after the service to allow you to continue to chat online.

If you are OK but need to stay at home, please let us know you are okay so we are not unduly concerned.

If you are sick, please let us know so we can pray for you and try to help if you have needs.

Join online meetings whenever you feel up to it.  If you are not receiving email or text notifications, please contact us.

You can still listen to the recording of the message under the Media top menu tab. We try to get it posted each week by Monday at the latest, and the central portion of the service will get posted on our FSCC Worship Replay channel on YouTube.

You can still give by mail, using your bank’s bill pay system or giving online at Thank you for continuing to support the Lord’s work through our church!

Ways to keep in contact with us:

To let us know your status when absent, please use one of the following:

This will allow us to centralize status information.

You can always call your Deacons.

If you haven't received access to the church directory (either printed or online), please let us know.  We want you to talk to each other.
You may need to stay home, but don’t isolate yourself.

Continue to Show God’s Love & Tell His Story!

While others are panicking, we need to share the peace and joy found in walking with the Lord!

Be sure to pray for all the people impacted by school and business closures and the first responders and health care providers!

Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.  John 14:27

We love you!
